Does soreness mean progress?
Intro
If you’ve been doing the same strength training routine for a while now, you might notice that you don’t get sore like you used to. Does this mean you’re just wasting your time at the gym? Of course not. But if you don’t get sore, are you still making progress? The answer (unfortunately) is, “maybe not.”
